OUR STATEMENT OF BASIC BELIEFS
We affirm the Holy Bible as the inspired word of God and the basis for our beliefs. This church subscribes to the doctrinal statements of The Baptist Faith and Message. We voluntarily band ourselves together as a body of baptized believers in Jesus Christ personally committed to sharing the good news of salvation to lost mankind. The ordinances of the church are believer's baptism, and the Lord's Supper.
OUR VISION STATEMENT
Sunnyside is a spiritual organism, which God uses to start and strengthen churches through the process of developing and multiplying disciples to go where-ever God may send or keep them. It is the vision of Sunnyside to reach the people of Laramie County with the Gospel of Jesus Christ and guide them to Christian maturity.
OUR MEMBERS' COVENANT
We agree to commit ourselves to the following:
We commit to worship regularly together as a part of the Sunnyside body.
We commit to develop meaningful and accountable relationships with other Christians here at Sunnyside.
We commit to grow in the knowledge of our faith as well as our relationships with Jesus.
We commit to find our places of ministry and learn to serve in the capacity in which God has called us.
We commit to making disciples of the Lord and Savior Jesus, both personally and through the support of missions.
As God moves us to other places we will seek God's leading to commit to other congregations where we can continue in the intent of this covenant and the principles of God's Word.
